School is out and it’s now time to make Summer memories sharing fun times
spent with family and friends - It’s also time for a new set of designs for
the Summer months.
On this page you'll see our very newest releases plus one that is “Just For
Fun.”
Our new additions for Summer begin with 2 new additions to our series of
BISCORNU KITS. Biscornu’s are wildly popular and just plain cute with their
quirky shapes. Each kit in this series coordinates perfectly with one of
The Sweetheart Tree’s best selling decorative scissor fobs - The next two
kits in this series are called “CAT LOVERS BISCORNU” which matches our
Catnip-Kitty Fob and “BABY SHAMROCKS BISCORNU” which matches Baby Shamrocks
Fob. We’ll add more Biscornu kits to this series as the year progresses so
be on the lookout! Remember, these Biscornu kits are "all-inclusive kits"
so everything (except your stuffing material) will be included in the kit
for you.
Our very popular French Inspired Alphabet Teenie Kit Series continues with
"N" Is For Nurse. The help we get from nurses is invaluable - so stitch this
little angel of mercy up quick (but look out for the hypodermic needle she’s
holding!). Our French Alphabet Series has been our most popular EVER and
you can see all of their wonderful predecessors in the Teenie Kit section of
our website! Because they’re in such high demand we’re looking forward to
completing the whole alphabet as quickly as we can design more!
Our new Special Edition Kit is spectacular and sparkly! It’s called
“STRAWBERRY FAIRE SAMPLER.” and it reminds me of wandering through a lush
strawberry patch and smelling those ripe berries. Look carefully for the
tiny bee a-buzzing and butterfly fluttering through the fun fancy
stitches...AND it really sparkles with Crystal-AB Paillettes and petite
beads. This also is an "all-inclusive kits" so everything you need will be
included in the kit for you.
Our Teenie Tweenie card series also has 3 fun additions - First is “TEENIE
CHRISTMAS BASKET” for those who want to get ahead of the game while
stitching handmade Christmas gifts. This basket full of holly leaves is
tied with a red ribbon for a perfect holiday touch...perfect made into an
ornament, box topper or as a framed piece the design has a darling “Merry
Christmas” silver charm to match. Next is “BEE HAPPY” - this small square
design is worked on a delicate teal colored linen & features 2 bees worked
in “fuzzy Stuff” - this fancy fiber gives them a fluffy 3-dimensional and
shimmery appearance. Finally there is “TINY TYKES TEDDY - a darling mini
Birth Sampler which features a cuddly Teddy Bear sitting amidst baby
toys...room is left in the center for the baby’s name, birth date and weight
(in pounds and ounces) to be worked “over one.” Each of these 3 designs has
a custom matched embellishment to finish off the pattern in style - and
they’re awfully cute! Stitch the designs twice! - once for yourself and
again for a friend!
There’s also a “little surprise” waiting which will put a bit of “zip in
your doo-dah!!” It’s our “Just For Fun” design - “Fiesta Flowers!” This
brightly colored design is the first in our Just For Fun collection and is
presented in a mini kit format - quite literally folded teenie-tiny (did I
say small?) and tucked into the tiniest plastic presentation box ever!
Fiesta Flowers comes with all beads and buttons included and the surprise is
that it turns out much larger than you might expect.
This is certainly the portion of our Website to watch for timely updates on
our new designs and to get a glimpse of the happenings at The Sweetheart

BISCORNU KITS |
| Biscornu’s are VERY much the trend these days so we start Summer with two
additions to this wildly popular series! Each kit in this continuing series
has been designed to coordinate with one of The Sweetheart Tree’s best
selling decorative scissor fobs so be on the lookout for more in days to
come! In the future we will also be working on matching needle books,
scissors cases and finally a Bourse bag designed to hold all your “smalls”
inside - so if there’s a pattern you’ve fallen in love with you’ll soon be
able to stitch all of your “smalls” in a matching design. |

Cat Lovers Biscornu
Biscornu Kit #BP-3
Those who love cats will adore this 2-sided Biscornu -- We had to put as
many cats on each side as we could. You’ll see Calico, Tiger and Orange
stripes as well as the snooty Siamese! Note the detail...the sitting
kitties are staring 4 tiny mice running in circles in the center on the top
of this Biscornu. Now, flip the Biscornu over and you’ll see the serene
faces of more cats as the watch the tiny fish in the center blowing
bubbles...from the expressions on their faces, don’t you think they’re
thinking “fishy-sushi?” Worked on Opalescent-Raw linen we’ve added beads at
the joining seam and a special dangling silver cat face bead attached to a
custom dyed-to-match heart shaped button at the top center. This Biscornu
is a perfect match to our “Catnip Kitty Fob.” |

Baby Shamrocks Biscornu
Biscornu Kit #BP-4
Those who are Irish (& even those who aspire to be) will adore this 2-sided
Shamrock-filled Biscornu. They say perfection is all in the details - and
Irish details abound on this design. Each side of this Biscornu is loaded
with many Celtic touches! The top side features a large two-toned center
Celtic Knot motif surrounded by a twisting Shamrock vine. More Celtic knots
and shamrock leaves adorn the second side of this Biscornu as well as tiny
“knot-motifs” in each corner. It just makes you want to dance a jig! It
is further embellished with tiny White buttons in the center and tons of
green and white petite beads along the joining seam really adds the perfect
finishing touch. |

Our newest all-inclusive Teenie Kit is called "N" Is For Nurse and it is
part of our very popular French Inspired Alphabet series of spot motif
samplers. The design is worked in warm shades of Ivory on Summer Khaki
Cashel linen and would be perfect to give to one of these angels of mercy.
Embellished with beautiful Crème pearls, 2 Ivory Pearl hearts and a
sprinkling of Petite beads this is a great addition to a series that rapidly
became our most popular EVER! You can see all of the wonderful predecessors
in the Teenie Kit section of our website! Because they’re in such high

Strawberry Faire Sampler

Our newest all-inclusive Special Edition Kit is a delicate sampler worked on
elegant Platinum Belfast Linen in shades of Dusty Pink and Olive Greens.
The Strawberry motifs, made with shaded Queen Stitches, gives you a feeling
of wandering through a lush strawberry patch and smelling the ripe berries.
