Stitch Fix has added a “fix preview” feature that allows customers to select or reject proposed items before they’re mailed and customers can “direct buy” from the site themselves without involving stylists or boxes.
How do I see my Stitchfix history?
If you want to see a record of your purchases and refunds, visit your Orders page. On your Orders page you’ll find a record of all the items you’ve received since 2016. Click “View details” to review your original receipt, as well as any additional transactions.

You can keep and wear the items for as long as you like (but you’ll be charged on the same day every month, so to get the most value, you should return the Tote at least once per month). To receive another Tote, you must send back the items in the pre-paid return bag.
